Refund & Cancellation Policy

Upon completing a Transaction, you enter into a legally binding and enforceable agreement with us to purchase the product. Because Swar Vigyan is a digital e-book delivered instantly, a Transaction cannot be cancelled once the payment is complete, unless specifically provided for on the Platform.

When you can get a refund

You may request a refund if:

• You were charged but did not receive the download link, and we are unable to deliver the e-book after you contact us; or
• The file you received is damaged, does not open, or does not match the description on the Platform, and we are unable to replace it with a working copy; or
• You were charged more than once for the same order (the duplicate amount is refunded in full).

When a refund is not possible

Since the e-book can be downloaded and kept immediately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, or after the e-book has been successfully delivered and matches its description.

How to request a refund

Any refund request must be submitted within three (3) days from the date of the Transaction. Write to us at dhamaworld26@gmail.com with your payment ID or order ID, the email used at checkout, and a clear and specific reason for the request, along with any proof (for example, a screenshot of the error). Whether a refund will be provided is determined by us, and we may ask for additional details before approving any request.

Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days. The time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
